I’m running Bitfocus Buttons on a Mac Mini that’s always on, I currently only have a few surfaces. 1 Streamdeck Studio that’s connected over the network, and 2 Streamdeck MK2’s that are connected through a M1 Mac Mini and a M2 Max Mac Studio.
All three surfaces disconnect regularly with no clear pattern. The one connected to the Mac Studio struggles to stay connected for more than 15 minutes at a time, while the Streamdeck Studio will stay connected for a few days, and the surface connected via the M1 Mac Mini varies between a few hours to a few days without loosing connection.
I just have to toggle the connection on and off in the surfaces page of the management window to have them reconnect, but for a paid service, this is happening too often. The surface connected via the Mac Studio is virtually unusable with how often it disconnects.
