Bit of a long shot but here foes I have a mirabox stream dock 293s and I have it connected to companion pi instance running on a 4gb rpi4 but is not being detected on any of the rpi’s 4 usb ports.
The option is enabled, is it just not supported at all?
I tried companion on my Windows PC as well, also not detected there but the dock works with its own software in windows so it is functional.
